Repent (turn away from sin) and follow Jesus by the guidance of the Holy Spirit who will lead you spiritually once you repent. It is then you will be Saved. It's not a Joke. Life or Death It's either Life or Death or in other terms Heaven or Hell. It seems so harsh and raw to tell you that one who does not follow Jesus will go to hell, but it's the Truth.
