    Il Seismic Structural Health Monitoring (S2HM) permette la valutazione continua delle strutture di ingegneria per stimare la loro sicurezza e fare raccomandazioni in tempo reale per il miglioramento attraverso l'analisi dei dati e modelli matematici. Per la prima volta in Colombia, una rete di monitoraggio continuo con uno scopo accademico è stata distribuita in un edificio ecologico di 14 piani con struttura in acciaio nel centro di Bogotà. Sei accelerometri a 3 componenti hanno iniziato a registrare nel giugno 2019. Come tentativo iniziale di comprendere la risposta dell'edificio, con solo 25 giorni di dati registrati continuamente, è stato analizzato il comportamento antropico dai dati basati sulle vibrazioni ambientali.Poi, seguendo l'approccio di interferometria sismica basato sulla deconvoluzione proposto da Prieto, et al., 2010, per una campagna di monitoraggio di 225 giorni, è stata stimata la funzione di risposta agli impulsi (IRF), da 2 diverse fonti di dati: 225 giorni di dati registrati continuamente e 49 terremoti registrati, entrambi utilizzati come input nelle misure di variazione della velocità, utilizzando una tecnica di stiramento. Un notevole terremoto M6 si è verificato il 24 dicembre 2019, a Mesetas, Meta, producendo un cambiamento significativo nella risposta dell'edificio, notato in entrambi i set di dati.

    Molti stili di citazione sono in uso oggi. Da un approccio critico, questo saggio mette in evidenza la soggettività individuale o collettiva caratteristica di tutti gli stili di citazione e come questa dia luogo a ciò che qui viene chiamato arbitrarietà referenziale (sequenziamento degli elementi di citazione basato sulle preferenze personali della persona o delle persone che formulano il nuovo stile di citazione o un'altra edizione di uno stile di citazione) in contraddizione con il sequenziamento in accordo con gli standard obiettivi. La soggettività diventa anche un canale per l'egemonia culturale. Questo saggio stabilisce la necessità di obiettività nella formulazione degli stili citazionali e fornisce i quadri di base di un nuovo stile citazionale, il Nsukka Multidisciplinary Style, che è costruito su principi con validità sperimentale e universale, quindi, oggettivo e scientifico. Uno stile citazionale scientifico è implicitamente anche decolonizzato poiché non si identifica con nessuna cultura particolare e mette in primo piano la democratizzazione della trofilizzazione (processo di presentazione e revisione di lavori scientifici e assegnazione di premi ai migliori). Di conseguenza, tutti gli stili di citazione esistenti rimandano allo stile Nsukka. Questo sarà di grande interesse per studenti e studiosi.
