    "Er ist introvertiert", sagen wir, wenn jemand seine Aufmerksamkeit vor allem auf die eigene Innenwelt richtet. Extravertierte Menschen hingegen sind kontaktfreudig und zeigen sich gerne nach außen. "Introversion" und "Extraversion" sind längst in der Alltagssprache etabliert - Konzepte, die C. G. Jung im Rahmen seiner Typologie entwickelt hat: Er unterscheidet zwischen dem introvertierten und dem extravertierten Typus, je nachdem, ob die seelische Energie vorwiegend nach innen oder nach außen gerichtet ist.     Bachelorarbeit aus dem Jahr 2021 im Fachbereich BWL - Unternehmensgründung, Start-ups, Businesspläne, Note: 1,1, Technische Hochschule Rosenheim (Fakultät für Betriebswirtschaft), Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Im Rahmen einer explorativen Studie konnten einige Erkenntnisse zur Gründungsneigung von Studierenden der Betriebswirtschaft an der Technischen Hochschule Rosenheim gewonnen werden. Während diese Arbeit teilweise frühere Forschungen bestätigte, konnten jedoch zum Teil auch bisherige Annahmen widerlegt bzw. relativiert werden. So machte sich der Geschlechterunterschied in der Gründungsneigung nicht in allen Skalen signifikant bemerkbar und zwischen Studierenden mit und ohne Migrationshintergrund kam es zu keinen Differenzen hinlänglich ihrer Neigung ein Unternehmen zu gründen. Die vorliegende Forschung bestätigt Zusammenhänge zwischen den Persönlichkeitsmerkmalen Gewissenhaftigkeit und Offenheit für Erfahrung mit der Gründungsneigung und kann auch Beiträge zur Forschung im Intrapreneurship liefern. Hier wurde eine positive Korrelation mit dem Persönlichkeitsmerkmal Extraversion festgestellt und höhere Werte bei Studierenden, die ein Praktikum absolvierten. Die Bedeutung von Rollenvorbildern in der Entrepreneurship Education konnte bekräftigt werden. Es wurden durch die Befragung außerdem Erkenntnisse über Möglichkeiten zur Steigerung der Gründungsneigung von Studierenden identifiziert.
