McGillicuddy's Rant
Guitarist Daniel Boloshy has released a recording that is a deliberate mixture of traditions and styles within four original large-scale guitar compositions. Two are by composer guitarists (Clark Ross and Sergio Assad), and two by composers who were inspired by the guitar but did not play it themselves. As a result, these guitar pieces are challenging in many ways and hopefully showcase the instrument's finest qualities. Keeping it in the family, James is joined by his sons Evan Gordon and Geordie Gordon on bass, guitars, fiddle and percussion.
