Karen Edward is a singer and songwriter from the East Neuk of Fife, Scotland and over the years she has sung in many parts of Scotland with several bands where the quality of her voice has always been admired. She won a Gold Medal at The Mod in Skye, has sung in Gaelic and has supported Dougie McLean. Over the last two years or so she has been writing, co-writing and performing her own material and now has a band with whom these songs and their performance have been developed. With subject matter often drawn from her own life experiences, she seeks to continue with original material and to broaden her audience. She has recently made her first CD album called 'Seldom True'.
