  Histopathologische und biochemische toxische Wirkung von Malathion

  Malathion ist ein Insektizid mit breitem Wirkungsspektrum, das zur Bekämpfung einer Vielzahl von Insekten im Freien sowohl in der Landwirtschaft als auch in Wohngebieten eingesetzt wird. Ziel dieser Projektarbeit war es, die Wirkung von Malathion auf Leber, Niere und Hoden von Ratten und Mäusen zu untersuchen. Die tödliche Dosis (LD) von Malathion für einen Menschen wird auf 24 mg pro Kilogramm Körpergewicht geschätzt. Bei Ratten beträgt die LD50 bei intraperitonealer Exposition 750 mg/kg Körpergewicht. Die histopathologische toxische Wirkung von Malathion in der Leber zeigte mäßige bis schwere Veränderungen. Die Leberschäden waren bei den höheren Malathion-Dosen (85 mg/kg) stärker ausgeprägt. Die beobachteten pathologischen Läsionen waren mikrovesikuläre Steatose, perizentrolobuläre Vasodilatation und Nekrose. Die Serum-AST- und ALT-Aktivitäten wurden nicht signifikant beeinflusst. Malathion verursachte eine pathologische Läsion in der Niere von exponierten Ratten. Degeneration und Vakuolisierung der Nierentubuli und Atrophie der Glomeruli wurden beobachtet.   Il malathion è un insetticida ad ampio spettro usato per controllare una varietà di insetti esterni sia in ambienti agricoli che residenziali. Lo scopo di questo lavoro di progetto era di valutare l'effetto del malathion su fegato, reni e testicoli di ratti e topi. La dose letale (LD) di malathion per un essere umano è stimata a 24 mg per chilogrammo di peso corporeo. Nei ratti, la LD50 tramite esposizione intraperitoneale è di 750 mg/kg di peso corporeo. L'effetto tossico istopatologico del malathion nel fegato ha mostrato da moderato a cambiamenti gravi. Il danno al fegato era più forte alle dosi più alte di malathion (85 mg/kg).   Le malathion est un insecticide à large spectre utilisé pour lutter contre une variété d'insectes extérieurs dans les milieux agricoles et résidentiels. Le but de ce travail de projet était d'évaluer l'effet du malathion sur le foie, les reins et les testicules des rats et des souris. La dose létale (DL) de malathion pour un humain est estimée à 24 mg par kilogramme de poids corporel. Chez le rat, la DL50 par exposition intrapéritonéale est de 750 mg/kg de poids corporel. L'effet toxique histopathologique du malathion sur le foie a montré des changements modérés à sévères. Les lésions hépatiques étaient plus importantes aux doses les plus élevées de malathion (85 mg/kg). Les lésions pathologiques observées étaient une stéatose microvésiculaire, une vasodilatation péricentrolobulaire et une nécrose.
