Man Enough challenges the idea that there is one way to be a man. The masculinity that pervades our church and culture often demands that men conform to a macho ideal, leaving many men feeling ashamed that they're not living up to God's plan for them. Nate uses his own story of not feeling "man enough" as well as sociological and historical reflections to help men see that manhood isn't about what you do but who you are. It's not about the size of your paycheck, your athletic ability, or your competitive spirit. You don't have to fit any masculine stereotype to be a real man. In our culture and churches more thoughtful, quieter, or compassionate personalities, as well as stay-at-home dads, are often looked down upon; and sermons, conferences, and publications center on helping men become "real men". This pressure to have one's manhood validated is antithetical to Gospel living and negatively affects how men relate to each other, to women and children, and to God. Man Enough roots men in the Gospel, examines biblical examples of masculinity that challenge the idea of a singular type of man, and ultimately encourages men to conform to the image of Jesus - freeing men up to be who they were created to be: sons of God who uniquely bear his image. ungekürzt. Most startups fail. But many of those failures are preventable. The Lean Startup is a new approach being adopted across the globe, changing the way companies are built and new products are launched. Eric Ries defines a startup as an organization dedicated to creating something new under conditions of extreme uncertainty. This is just as true for one person in a garage or a group of seasoned professionals in a Fortune 500 boardroom. What they have in common is a mission to penetrate that fog of uncertainty to discover a successful path to a sustainable business. The Lean Startup approach fosters companies that are both more capital efficient and that leverage human creativity more effectively. Inspired by lessons from lean manufacturing, it relies on “validated learning”, rapid scientific experimentation, as well as a number of counter-intuitive practices that shorten product-development cycles, measure actual progress without resorting to vanity metrics, and learn what customers really want. It enables a company to shift directions with agility, altering plans inch by inch, minute by minute. Rather than wasting time creating elaborate business plans, The Lean Startup offers entrepreneurs - in companies of all sizes - a way to test their vision continuously, to adapt and adjust before it’s too late. Ries provides a scientific approach to creating and managing successful startups in a age when companies need to innovate more than ever. ungekürzt. Language: English. Narrator: Eric Ries. You picked up this book because your breakup has been reduced to something that you feel you must 'win' to emotionally survive and move on. This reduction can only take place if you were involved with a toxic person. Toxic people are selfish, empathetically bankrupt, and have a limited relationship with reality. Anyone who feels validated by exploiting your hunger for theirs is toxic-to your peace, your life, and your mental health. Breakups aren't won by game-playing or vilifying your ex. They're won by realizing that winning is losing a partner who has proven to be a dead end. A new life is waiting for you at the end of this journey. In Win Your Breakup, relationship and self-help coach Natasha Adamo presents the opportunity for a life with relationships that you don't have to tolerate and eggshell-walk your way through. It's a life in which your ex regrets the day they ever decided to breach your trust and break your heart; a life in which those who took you for granted wish you could find a way back into theirs. In this life, you can choose to walk away from toxicity-no more trying to be the person someone may want, may commit to, may be honest with, and may treat with respect. This life is about to be your own.

The industrial maintenance takes an increasing importance and appears to be one of the key functions of modern production companies. Our work is devoted to the theoretical and practical study of the reliability of the equipment at the level of the company "ENTP-Station TP127", in this case, the analysis of the reliability, of the critical elements, based on methods and advanced tools. In this project of end of studies we used the laws of reliability and the methods of analysis, while being based, on tools, like (AMDEC and ABC) very known in reliability, in particular the law of "Weibull".In order to concretize our study, we used graphical and analytical methods to determine the critical parameters, which are used for the evaluation of the rate of degradation of the equipments at the level of the station TP127 and, to determine the type of the maintenance to be applied. Finally, we validated our work by a practical study, by choosing the sensitive organs of the strategic equipment of the winch "at the level of the TP127". This study allowed us to find results in conformity with the practical reality at the level of the company, which had a positive impact at the level of the station and which will be used and followed by the other stations in exploitation.
