Jack Kerouac was present, but did not read, encouraging and cheering the other poets on. The two were charged with disseminating obscene literature, and the case was sent to trial. Grace Millo is the sister of International Opera Star, Aprile millo and punk rock pioneer Rick Wilder of the legendary Maus Maus and The Berlin Brats. Talk about eclectic influences! She was raised in Europe, but finally settled in NYC where she met a girl named Minx, and they formed AMANDA'S WAITING. Grace wrote 3 CD's worth of material for the band as well as performing with them.
