Thinking Out Loud: Love, Grief and Being Mum and Dad , Hörbuch, Digital, ungekürzt, 376min
'Nothing can ever ease the pain of the death of someone you love; nothing can magic it away. But if I can help anyone else facing what we have gone through, what we're still going through, by sharing what I've learnt, our loss won't feel completely meaningless.' In 2015 former England football star Rio Ferdinand suddenly and tragically lost his wife and soul mate, Rebecca, age 34, to cancer. It was a profound shock, and Rio found himself struggling to cope not just with the pain of his grief but also with his new role as both mum and dad to their three young children. Rio's BBC1 documentary Being Mum and Dad touched everyone who watched it and won huge praise for the honesty and bravery he showed in talking about his emotions and experiences. His audiobook now shares the story of meeting, marrying and losing Rebecca, his own and the family's grief - as well as the advice and support that get him through each day as they strive to piece themselves back together. It is written in the hope that he can inspire others struggling with loss and grief to find the help they need through this most difficult of times. ungekürzt. Language: English. Modern Blues
Darüber hinaus wurden verschiedene Songs der Waterboys für Filme wie About Time, Dom Hemingway oder What We Did On Our Holiday verwendet.- Shop: odax

Poldark
"Poldark" is a British historical period piece drama, based on the twelve novels of the same name, written by Winston Graham and published between 1945 and 1953. The first seven novels were set in the 18th Century and the remaining five deal with the early years of the 19th Century and the descendants of the previous novel's main characters. The BBC created and aired two television adaptations, the first airing in 1975 and again in 1977, based on the initial 7 novels. The second series, which began airing in 2015 on BBC1 is entering season four and as with the initial series, airs on PBS as part of the Masterpiece series. This controversial 1996 TV film adaptation, produced by HTV, was to be the pilot for a second series and is also known as "The Stranger From the Sea", written by Robin Mukherjee. The pilot utilized a new cast with playing the characters from the original series which wasn't well received by some fans of the first series. The "Poldark" TV series that started in 2015 and continues to appear on Masterpiece on PBS, will be started season 4 shortly- Shop: odax
