In Toca Boyacá ist der Anbau von traditionellen Lebensmitteln wie Kartoffeln, Arracacha, Ibia, Ruba, Rüben und Kürbis sowie deren täglicher Verzehr durch die 10.561 Einwohner der Gemeinde stark zurückgegangen. Dieser Mangel an Nahrungsmittelproduktion und -konsum sowie das Fehlen einer wirksamen Politik zur Förderung und Verbreitung einheimischer Nahrungsmittel oder das Fehlen einer Ausbildung in ernährungsbezogenen Themen auf der Grundlage vorspanischer Nahrungsmittel in den Bildungseinrichtungen führen zu einer Vernachlässigung lokaler Traditionen und ihrer Ersetzung durch ausländische Praktiken, ein Problem, das mit der Einführung und dem Anbau von Monokulturen einhergeht. Ziel der Forschung war es, pädagogische Vorschläge zu entwickeln, um Forschungsprozesse im Sozialkundeunterricht anzuregen, traditionelles Wissen über Lebensmittel aufzuwerten, die Verwendung und das überlieferte Wissen über einheimische Lebensmittel zu fördern und zu verbreiten, vor allem wegen ihres ernährungsphysiologischen Nutzens und ihrer soziokulturellen und historischen Komponente, um so die lokale Identität der Einwohner von Toca zu stärken.- Shop: buecher

Na Toca Boyacá, a prática de cultivar alimentos ancestrais como batata, arracacha, ibia, ruba, nabo e abóbora diminuiu significativamente, bem como o seu consumo diário pelos 10.561 habitantes do município. Esta falta de produção e consumo de alimentos, além da falta de políticas eficientes de promoção e difusão dos alimentos nativos, ou a falta de formação em temas relacionados com a nutrição baseada em alimentos pré-hispânicos nas instituições educativas, leva a uma negligência das tradições locais e sua substituição por práticas estrangeiras, um problema combinado com a implementação e produção de monoculturas de monocultura. A pesquisa buscou desenvolver propostas pedagógicas para incentivar processos de pesquisa em aulas de estudos sociais, reavaliar conhecimentos tradicionais sobre alimentos, promover e divulgar os usos e conhecimentos ancestrais dos alimentos nativos, principalmente por seus benefícios nutricionais e seu componente sócio-cultural e histórico, fortalecendo assim a identidade local dos habitantes da Toca.- Shop: buecher

In Toca Boyacá, the practice of cultivating ancestral foods such as potatoes, arracacha, ibia, ruba, turnip and pumpkin shows a significant decrease, as well as their daily consumption by the 10,561 inhabitants of the municipality. This lack of food production and consumption, in addition to the lack of efficient policies for the promotion and dissemination of native foods, or the lack of training in topics related to nutrition based on pre-Hispanic foods in educational institutions, lead to a neglect of local traditions and their replacement by foreign practices, a problem combined with the implementation and production of monoculture crops. The research sought to develop pedagogical proposals to encourage research processes from social classes, to revalue traditional knowledge about food, to promote and disseminate the uses and ancestral knowledge of native foods, mainly for their nutritional benefits and their socio-cultural and historical component, thus strengthening the local identity of the inhabitants of Toca.- Shop: buecher

Ce manque de production et de consommation d'aliments, ainsi que l'absence de politiques efficaces de promotion et de diffusion des aliments autochtones, ou le manque de formation sur des sujets liés à la nutrition et basés sur les aliments préhispaniques dans les établissements d'enseignement, conduisent à l'abandon des traditions locales et à leur remplacement par des pratiques étrangères, problème auquel s'ajoute l'implantation et la production de monocultures.
