  CARACTÉRISATION DE NANOPARTICULES D'OXYDE DE CUIVRE DOPÉ AU ZINC

  Cette étude vise à synthétiser des nanoparticules d'oxyde de cuivre (CuO NPs) et des nanoparticules d'oxyde de cuivre dopées au zinc (Zn-CuO NPs) en utilisant un extrait végétal d'Abutilon indicum. Cette méthode est totalement écologique, sans solvant toxique et nocif. Cette méthode présente de nombreux avantages tels que la viabilité économique, la facilité de mise à l'échelle et la rapidité d'exécution. Les nanoparticules d'oxyde de cuivre et les nanoparticules d'oxyde de cuivre dopées au Zn ont été synthétisées en mélangeant du nitrate de cuivre, de l'acétate de zinc et un extrait aqueux de feuille d'Abutilon indicum. Les nanoparticules d'oxyde de cuivre biosynthétisées et les nanoparticules d'oxyde de cuivre dopées au zinc ont été caractérisées par diffraction des rayons X (XRD), analyse des rayons X à dispersion énergétique (EDX), spectroscopie UV-Vis, spectroscopie infrarouge à transformée de Fourier (FT-IR) et microscopie électronique à balayage (SEM). L'existence des nanoparticules d'oxyde de cuivre a été révélée par la spectroscopie UV-Vis. Les spectres FTIR du contrôle (extrait de feuille) et des nanoparticules d'oxyde de cuivre et d'oxyde de cuivre dopé au zinc synthétisées ont identifié les groupes fonctionnels des composants actifs.
