Ladies and Gentlemen: I present to you a jazzy, hip-hop, funky, earthy, and electronic sounding album entitled TRES. Picture this: The word TRES in Spanish means 'three', and the same word in French means 'very'. Mmmmmmm, this presents a dilemma for me. Should I consider this album to be the 'very' one or the 'third' one? Well I tell you what....... I'll take both. This album has the sounds that I enjoy listening too that I basically don't find flourishing in my part the world. But that's who I am: a thinker outside of the box. Ever since I was boy, I used to imagine that I would be able to create a song or many songs that people would understand and like to listen too. Now, that dream has come true. TRES is guaranteed to do one of three things: make you think, enlighten your understanding of my style of music, or make you dance . Either way you're gonna like what you hear. The album is really special to me, not to say that the others weren't special too, but I gave this one a unique touch. The people that are featured on this album came from my time hanging around poets, producers, rappers, singers, and musicians. I'll give you a little background of who they are.... DJ 4 REAL- Is my brother, music and business partner and one of the producers of Triptych Music Group. He is credited for co-producing two of the tracks on this album. Keep doing what you're doing man. They will soon realize that this is 'serious music for serious people'. STAR 45 - comes from the BERMUDA TRI group, he contributes that hard core reggae vocal sound that can be compared to similar Jamaican dancehall toaster in the music biz today. Yagga Yagga....Inna de Matrix..Nuff respect Don. DOUBLE J.- also of the BERMUDA TRI group, first appeared on my second album, JOURNEY THROUGH. Now he's continuing his style of hip hop delivery that I find highly addictive using his native dialect at times. CRYPTIC - also of BERMUDA TRI, was inspired to flow on REASONS UNKNOWN after listening to it for the first time. After learning this, I decided I had to let him do his thing, and showcase his hip hop / reggae brand. L-BOOGIE- of the BERMUDA TRI crew, possesses that sensuous vocal tone that I needed to hear. Her mind blowing poetry is in a league of it's own. Much Love, Sistah ! Rounding out the group is SYNAPSE who is without a doubt thee most important and integral part of BERMUDA TRI and this album. Synapse is rapper and poet, but he's also a producer and sound engineer that has developed this highly prized skill that can take him to far away places beyond the sandy shorelines of Bermuda. Thanks Bro. Moving on, we come to CARLOS RICHARDSON, a guitarist that brought a funky rock edge to my music. He's definitely a talented brother with a Fender, no doubt. Creeping in, but making his presence known is a young MC who I met at CHEWSTICK Neo- Griot here in Bermuda. He certainly has a swagger in the way he brings his potent hip hop lyrics over beats and sounds. Doc Fabulous accompanies BLAC as the singer on THE TIME IS NOW !!! Keep the party jumpin' man. Lastly but by no means the least is the always lovely and talented songstress JOY T. BARNUM. I have worked with Joy on a several occasions, and when I told her that I was working on something that needs her vocals on it, she jumped at the chance and said..... I'll do it. Joy, you are the shining jewel in Bermudian Music. I am so humbled that you've graced me with your musical abilities on TRES. Love you much girl !!! So as you can see, TRES is a beautiful project that certainly requires more than one listening to fully receive a sense of what I've created. To my fans around the world enjoy this one, and get ready to welcome other fans and casual listeners into our family. And to those of you who may not know who I am let this collection of songs serve as a deep understanding of who I am musically....now. So sit down, lean back, put on some headphones, and plug into TRES. Love life...Love music Khadijo.

First full length release of originals from the 2007 Reader's Choice Tucson Area Music Awards winners. 'This local trio injects a glorious variety of punk styles into it's full-length debut album. Garage rock, proto-metal, psychedelic thrash, Batman-meets-spy movie rave-ups, surf punk, atonal experiments and herky-jerky art-squall are among the mad flavors that come at you like a rampaging jukebox on steroids. The Distortionists prove that ADHD can fuel creativity, romping through 23 tracks in less than 50 minutes. The band doesn't limit itself to it's power-trio instrumentation. Guitarist Mike Panico plays a little flute, drummer Taylor Hardy contributes theremin, and bassist John Hayes tosses in some banjo. All three members sing, and are surprisingly versatile, occasionally sounding like pioneering punk vocalists such as Jello Biafra, Johnny Rotten, Keith Morris, Pete Shelley and Dave Vanian. There are short-jab novelty numbers, such as 'Lunch Junkie' and 'Don't Eat Paint,' no-wave-influenced surf sounds in 'Sand Crab Dip' and 'Nonstrumental,' and artsy indulgences like the relatively epic-length (3 1/2 minutes) 'Kick You in the Face With My Size 10 Buster Browns,' which lurches and lunges like a combination of Black Flag and Big Black. The album begins and ends strong, with it's last two cuts as good as what came before. One of the best tunes is the penultimate 'In the Can,' on which Panico peels out on guitar, and that grinding closer, 'This Is Tucson, Not L.A.,' ought to be the Old Pueblo's new anthem.' Gene Armstrong, Tucson Weekly. Other reviews: 'If you love punk rock but don't take it too seriously, the Distortionists just may be your new favorite band.' Stephen Seigel, Tucson Weekly. The Distortionists is a garage punk band out of Tucson, AZ that was conceived in late 2006. Band members include former members of The Tribulators, Grimble Wedge, Scar Strangled Banger, Marshmallow Overcoat, and 80 cents a day. 'And lest you get the feeling that all Tucson's local music scene has to offer is funk and blues, along come the Distortionists to set you straight. The band includes local scene vets - Mike Panico (guitar, vocals), Taylor Hardy (drums, vocals) and John Hayes (bass, vocals) - and their experience shows. The Distortionists trade in straightforward punk tunes that are notable not only for their musicianship, but also, in some cases, for their humor. Tucson Weekly 'You guys are the best band there ever was, is and will be. Nuff said.' Hillbilly Herald 'Gimme Gimme shock treatment & The Distortionists!!!' The Ramonas.

WRWTFWW Records is overjoyed to announce the release of two never-released-before soundtracks by French award-winning composer, audio experimenter, electroacoustic and musique concrète magician, and all-around sound visionary Bernard Parmegiani, sourced from the original reels, and neatly packed together in a gatefold sleeve double LP with English and French liner notes. The 2 albums are also available in an all-in-one digipack CD. Les Soleils de l'Île de Pâques (1972), by French director Pierre Kast, is a sci-fi feature which secured itself a well-deserved place in the pantheon of mysterious cult films thanks to hallucinatory (and superb) cinematography, exploration of supernatural phenomenons and occult symbolism, and one hell of a trippy atmosphere. La Brûlure de Mille Soleils (1965) also comes from Pierre Kast, but this time with the help of none other than writer, photographer, multimedia artist, homme à tout faire Chris Marker (notably known for films La Jetée, A Grin Without a Cat and Sans Soleil) who edited this bizarre short to brain melting results that lives up to the promises of its synopsis: A depressed millionaire poet, accompanied by his cat Marcel and a sign language robot, travels in time to shake a persistent feeling of ennui and falls hopelessly in love with a woman from another planet. Nuff said!
