Robert Parker’s Wine Advocat schreibt über diesen Wein: "Pure Cariñena from a 60-year-old vineyard in the village of Torroja del Priorat, the 2017 Dits del Terra still saw 70% of its volume matured in oak foudre, a percentage that is going to be diminished in future vintages until the wine ages exclusively in concrete. This is also a lot more developed and riper than the 2018, the same as I found in the Arbossar. This has lots of spices (even a touch of curry) and some tertiary aromas coming through. The palate reveals some earthy rusticity, dusty tannins and less depth of flavors than in 2018. 3,300 bottles produced. It was bottled in October 2019."" (Luis Gutiérrez, Dez. 2020)"- Shop: vinos

The Green Carnation , Hörbuch, Digital, ungekürzt, 300min
The Green Carnation is Robert Hichens' scandalous satire of the relationship between Oscar Wilde and his friend Lord Alfred "Bosie" Douglas. It was one of the works used against Wilde in his prosecution. Socialite Mrs. Windsor embarks upon her annual "Surrey week", a week of "perfect rusticity" in the country, with her cousin the widowed Lady Locke (and her young son Tommy), her French chef, her coachman and two tall footmen - and her three "wits": Madame Valtesi, Esmé Amarinth (Wilde), and Lord Reginald "Reggie" Hastings (Douglas). Lady Locke listens to the curious philosophies of Mr. Amarinth and Lord Reggie - and wonders if she should marry Lord Reggie.... ungekürzt. Language: English. Narrator: Graham Scott. Coconut Cowboy , Hörbuch, Digital, ungekürzt, 555min
Channeling his inner Easy Rider, Serge Storms saddles up for his most epic, lethal, and hilarious road trip ever as he revvs off to find the lost American dream...starting in the Florida Panhandle. Obsessed with the iconic '60s classic Easy Rider, encyclopedic Floridaphile, lovable serial killer, and movie buff extraordinaire Serge A. Storms devises his wildest plan yet: finish the journey begun by his freewheeling heroes, Captain America and Billy, tragically cut short by some shotgun-wielding rednecks. Setting a course for the Florida Panhandle, Captain Serge - with Coleman literally riding shotgun - mounts his classic motorcycle and hits the highway in search of the real America: the apple-pie-eating, freedom-swilling moms and pops of Main Street USA. But the America he finds in the rural burgs dotting the neck of the peninsula is a little bit different...and a whole lot weirder than anything Peter Fonda and Dennis Hopper encountered. In a state where criminal politicians are more common than gators, Serge and Coleman discover one particular speed-trap locale so aggressively inept at corruption that investigators are baffled about where to start. Expect nothing less than madness, mayhem, ingenious homicides, and mind-altering pharmaceuticals when Serge and Coleman's path intersects with the Sunshine State's hyper-dysfunctional rusticity. Where's Jack Nicholson when you need him? ungekürzt. Language: English. Narrator: Oliver Wyman. Audio sample: https://samples.audible.de/bk/harp/004871/bk_harp_004871_sample.mp3. West-Central Idaho - Boise, Hells Canyon, Payette River, Riggins, Lewiston & Beyond , Hörbuch, Digital, ungekürzt, 313min
This hour-glass-shaped slice of western Idaho is anchored by bustling Boise and the Treasure Valley cities of Nampa and Caldwell on the south, by the inland seaport city of Lewiston on the north. In-between, the fertile fields of the Treasure Valley, named for the earthly treasures growing there in irrigated abundance, give way to an intriguing jumble of mountains sliced by deep valleys. On the west, the Snake River lazes through pungent onion fields and widens to create Brownlee Reservoir before plunging over Hells Canyon Dam into 5,500-foot-deep Hells Canyon, the deepest river gorge in North America. Across the Seven Devils and 9,393-foot He Devil Mountain lies Riggins, at 1,800 feet above sea level. North of Riggins is the beautiful Camas Prairie, ancestral home of the Nez Perce. On the region's eastern edge, the arid foothills above Boise give way to the slopes of the Payette National Forest. Auto touring here is so spectacular that you may never get around to more active adventuring. The Payette Rivers, Hells Canyon, and Clearwater Canyons Scenic Byways fall within this area. Each trails through country rich in human history and abounding in natural beauty. Advance planning is usually not necessary for a Salmon River day float from Riggins or for a hike in the Payette or Boise National Forest. Except in isolated Hells Canyon, the conveniences of modern life are seldom far away. Boise and other I-84 corridor cities offer amenities that are often longer on comfort than on atmosphere. Elsewhere, the restaurants, lodgings, shops, and such assume a resort-flavored rusticity that fits the river-running, hiking, fishing and backpacking. This area's jumbled mix of valleys, rivers, and lakes creates vistas of breath-catching drama. From Boise to Caldwell & the Treasure Valley, Weiser, Hells Canyon, the Payette River, New Meadows, Riggins, to Clearwater Canyons and Lewiston - everything about this stupendously beautiful region is explored in detail. ungekürzt. Sunrise Vol. 2
SUNRISE (Vol. 2) presents three live recordings of performances in the morning by Pt. Vijay Raghav Rao, symbolizing the ascending vitality of modernism in traditional Indian classical music. Like SUNRISE (Vol. 1), this album of exceptional artistic brilliance features music rooted in the natural metaphor of a rising sun. "Makes the notes dance and quiver in an enchanting manner, spouting mellifluous melody in a variety of tonal nuances, embellishing delectable compositions notable for a refined sense of design..." - The Times of India Typifying the genius of the legendary flautist-composer, the music in this album represents innovation that imparts freshness in melodic composition and elegance in execution to traditional musical structures, enhancing their appeal whilst maintaining the dignity of classicism. AHIR BHAIRAV In this live, recorded performance Panditji interprets in his inimitable style a variation of the oldest known scale in traditional Indian classical music. The rendering summons ethereal emotion that blends a deeply felt spiritualism with romantic visions of a sun rising over a rustic country scene, in which Lord Krishna - in the guise of a cowherd playing the flute - tends to his flock of cattle, preparing them for the day ahead. In the hands of the finest flautist-composer of our time the weight of tradition mingles seamlessly with rusticity and heart-felt devotion. Tabla: Pt. Mahadev Indorkar BHOPAL TODI In this live recording Panditji interprets a rare variation of one of the most popular scales in Indian classical music. The performance emotes compassion and heartfelt empathy with those who suffer physically, intellectually or spiritually. The elegiac composition leans on unadorned musical notes - shorn of technical dazzle - to highlight, without obtrusion, the unassailable dignity of the spirit amidst what chaos there may have been. In the process, classicism finds new meaning appropriate for the modern condition. Tabla: Pt. Mahadev Indorkar HINDOL In the spirit of this album's character highlighting Panditji's devotion to Lord Krishna, this selection features his interpretation of a Raga traditionally associated with an image of Lord Krishna reclining on a swing, surrounded by his devotees. The atmosphere is suffused by playful reverence. An early morning's ambience burnishes the joie de vivre. Panditji's composition is delectable in that the melody easily straddles the subtle ground between elegance and intellectualism, even as it uses rhythm and tempo to present an objective, physical picture of a divine swing in perpetual motion. That the enchanting melody is essentially based on four musical notes - skillfully woven into a substantive, poem-like song - is a testament to Panditji's artistic genius. Tabla: Sanjay Kumar 'No substitute for his flute...the complete master' - The Hindustan Times?? "A volcano of creative expression' - The Indian Express??
